Sponsorship Opportunities

Your valuable sponsorship will ensure the success of PGCon 2012 by allowing us to bring in all the important PostgreSQL developers, provide them with accommodation, and facilities rental. Some sponsorships (t-shirt, lunch, etc) go towards specific good/services for the attendees.

Note: Direct payment of speaker travel and accomodations will count towards your sponsorship level.

Summary

Platinum

As a Platinum sponsor you will enjoy the most prominent exposure to the conference attendees. You will cement your reputation as a company with vision and integrity amongst the technical elite by your association with the conference at this level. The Platinum sponsor gets the following entitlements:

• Exclusive right to display corporate signage in the registration area and lecture theaters.
• Ten complimentary registrations.
• Prominent acknowledgment on the PGCon 2012 home page, sponsorship page and registration page (on each page your corporate logo will include a link back to your website).
• Opportunity for signage at each talk and during the opening and closing sessions.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference registration packs.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "MAJOR SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012" or "PLATINUM SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012"

An investment of $10,000.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Gold

As a Gold sponsor you will enjoy a high degree of prominence. The Gold sponsor gets the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment at the start of each day of the conference.
• Prominent acknowledgment on the PGCon 2012 home page, sponsorship page and registration page (on each page your corporate logo will include a link back to your website).
• Five complimentary registrations.
• Opportunity for signage during the opening and closing sessions.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference registration packs.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "GOLD SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012"

An investment of $5,000.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Video

As a Video sponsor you contribute to the community by allowing the talks to be recording and posted online. The Video sponsor gets the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment at the start of the conference.
• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2012 sponsorship page. Your corporate logo will include a link back to your website.
• Seven complimentary registrations.
• Opportunity for signage during the opening and closing sessions.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference registration packs.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "VIDEO SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012"

The investment to secure this sponsorship varies depending on the number of talks to be recorded. The minimum is $4000.00.

T-Shirt

As the t-shirt sponsor you will enjoy the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment at the start of the conference.
• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2012 sponsorship page. Your corporate logo will include a link back to your website.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference packs (maximum 1 page).
• The invitation to include your company logo on the PGCon 2012 t-shirt.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012"
• Three complimentary registrations.

An investment of $3,000.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Lunch for the Day (One sponsor per day: Wednesday, Thursday)

Enjoy all the benefits of Silver sponsor plus the benefits of the conference lunch sponsor of the day. Help us create a memorable lunch and ensure that delegates remember your company. In acknowledgment of your organization's sponsorship and significant support for the conference, the following entitlements are offered:

• All the benefits of Silver sponsorship.
• The exclusive invitation to display corporate signage in the catering area.
• Naming rights for your day's lunch and acknowledgment where ever the lunch is mentioned in the conference literature.
• The opportunity to provide serviettes, coasters, plates and other merchandising material featuring your corporate colors and logo.
• Three complimentary registrations.

An investment of $2,500.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Lanyards

As the lanyard sponsor you will enjoy the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment at the start of the conference.
• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2012 sponsorship page. Your corporate logo will include a link back to your website.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference packs (maximum 1 page).
• The exclusive invitation to include your company name on the PGCon 2012 lanyard .

An investment of $2,000.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Silver

To acknowledge your Silver level sponsorship of the conference, the following entitlements are offered:

• Acknowledgment at the start of the conference.
• Acknowledgment on the sponsorship page and registration page. (On each page your corporate logo will be included with a link back to your own web site).
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference bags.
• Permission to use the following endorsement:"SILVER SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012".
• Two complimentary registrations.

An investment of $1,500.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Bronze

As a Bronze sponsor you will enjoy the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment at the start of the conference.
• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2012 sponsorship page. Your corporate logo will include a link back to your website.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference packs (maximum 1 page).
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "BRONZE SPONSOR OF PGCon 2012"
• One complimentary registration.

An investment of $750.00 will secure this sponsorship.

Promotional Material

If your sponsorship level includes promotional material in the conference registration packs, you may opt to print your materials locally in Ottawa and avoid shipping chargers. We have used and recommend Staples for this purpose. They have an online Copy and Print Center which we use for our our materials. By arrangment, we can pick up your printing prior to the conference.

All promotional material should delivered, or ready for pickup, no sooner than 8 May and not later than 15 May.
