Robert Treat

Robert has a long history of developing database backed web systems at companies including Verizon, Sprint, KForce, and WebMD. He currently works as a database architect for OmniTI Inc. He also helps maintain the postgresql.org web site and is the current maintainer for phpPgAdmin. He has authored several articles over the years and co-authored the book Beginning PHP and PostgreSQL 8. He has also spoken multiple times at open source conferences including O’Reilly’s Open Source Convention and the PHP|DB/Works conference, and has been recognized as a “Major Developer” for his work within the PostgreSQL community.
