Teodor Sigaev
Teodor Sigaev graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Physics department.
After graduation, he becaome involved in CMS development. In 2000 he started with implementation of several full-text search engines, including RDBMS ones, that resulted in work on PostgreSQL. The main field of his activity is development of functionality extension modules and non-traditional types of indices.
He is heavily involved with PostgreSQL development. He works on GIST and other indexes, full-text search, support for tree-like structures, and other GiST based modules.
