PL/Parrot
Yep, there's actually code now!

Calling functions written in one PL from another shouldn't be painful, and with PL/Parrot, it won't be.
Parrot is a virtual machine built explicitly to serve the needs of dynamic languages. Using it as a basis for PLs will make interoperability automatic.
