Sponsorship Opportunities

Your valuable sponsorship will ensure the success of PGCon 2023 by allowing us to bring in all the important PostgreSQL developers, provide them with accommodation, and facilities rental. Some sponsorships (t-shirt, lunch, etc) go towards specific good/services for the attendees.

NOTE: To use one of the complimentary registrations included with your chosen sponsorship package, please instruct that person to register with registration type 'xxx PGCon Sponsor'. After they have registered, please email us their details so we can complete their registration accordingly.

NOTE: Direct payment of speaker travel and accommodations can count towards your sponsorship level.

NOTE: Tutorials are not included with complimentary registrations.

Summary

Platinum

As a Platinum sponsor you will enjoy the most prominent exposure to the conference attendees. You will cement your reputation as a company with vision and integrity amongst the technical elite by your association with the conference at this level. The Platinum sponsor gets the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment during the opening and closing sessions.
• Right to display corporate signage in the registration area.
• Opportunity for signage at each talk and during the opening and closing sessions.
• Ten complimentary registrations.
• Prominent acknowledgment on the PGCon 2023 home page, sponsorship page and registration page (on each page your corporate logo will include a link back to your website).
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference registration packs.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "MAJOR SPONSOR OF PGCon 2023" or "PLATINUM SPONSOR OF PGCon 2023"

An investment of $13,000 will secure this sponsorship.

Video

As a Video sponsor you contribute to the community by allowing the talks to be recording and posted online. The Video sponsor gets the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment during the opening and closing sessions.
• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2023 home page, sponsorship page and registration page (on each page your corporate logo will include a link back to your website).
• Seven complimentary registrations.
• The invitation to include promotional material in the conference registration packs.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "VIDEO SPONSOR OF PGCon 2023"
• Upon request, a table in the display area. Please let us know at least 3 weeks before the conference.

The investment to secure this sponsorship varies depending on the number of talks to be recorded. From $9,500+.

Social

The social event will be a high point of PGCon, and the Social Sponsor will be directly responsible for supporting it. The Social Sponsor will be permanently associated with 2023's best Postgres party. People will remember your name for years. Additionally, you'll get:

• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2023 home page, sponsorship page and registration page (on each page your corporate logo will include a link back to your website).
• Seven complimentary registrations.
• Opportunity for signage during the during the social event.

As a Gold sponsor you will enjoy a high degree of prominence. The Gold sponsor gets the following entitlements:

As the Unconference sponsor you will be sponsoring the Unconference day of the conference. The Unconference sponsor gets the following entitlements:

Lunch for the Day (One sponsor per each day of talks)

Enjoy all the benefits of Silver sponsor plus the benefits of the conference lunch sponsor of the day. Help us create a memorable lunch and ensure that delegates remember your company. In acknowledgment of your organization's sponsorship and significant support for the conference, the following entitlements are offered:

To acknowledge your Silver level sponsorship of the conference, the following entitlements are offered:

Travel

The biggest expense for us is travel and accommodation for speakers. If you are speaking (lightning talks are not eligible for this) and if you or your employer pays your way, they can be listed as a Travel sponsor. Travel sponsors enjoy the following entitlements:

• Acknowledgment during the opening and closing sessions.
• Acknowledgment on the PGCon 2023 sponsorship page. Your corporate logo will include a link back to your website.
• Permission to use the following endorsement: "TRAVEL SPONSOR OF PGCon 2023"

The investment of for this sponsorship varies.

Promotional Material

If your sponsorship level includes promotional material in the conference registration packs, you may opt to print your materials locally in Ottawa and avoid shipping chargers. We have used and recommend Staples for this purpose. They have an online Copy and Print Center which we use for our our materials. By arrangement, we can pick up your printing prior to the conference and invoice you for the printing. Staples does not accept online payment for this service. We use this Staples location:
